Source. Assembled from ScreamWire's classified archive — 63 wire items (Feb 20 → Oct 13) matching Michael B. Jordan, deduplicated by URL (7 cross-day re-sightings removed). Every entry links to the original reporting. Descriptive, never predictive.
Why no deal amounts. Only 1.8% of tracked deal items site-wide carry a reported figure — the trades rarely publish terms — so dollar amounts appear only as the source phrased them (e.g. “rich eight-figure deal”), never as comparable numbers. This is a deal-flow tracker, not a comps database.
Buyer/seller roles are captured on a minority of deal items today; role-based stats are suppressed until capture coverage improves.
Slate clusters coverage by project title; stage is the latest reported stage, never a projection. “via” badges mark titles tracked within this entity's coverage orbit but released by another distributor. Grades are ScreamWire's editorial coverage grade — how strongly the wire covered the story — not a deal-quality score.
